Mutton sold to MENA and Africa shows demand for offal

Deals were made last week for mutton carcasses from Uruguay to MENA countries at US$3,800/ton CFR, according to a regional trader. An exporter noted that after Ramadan ended on March 29, more agents from that region were expected to appear this week to close deals.
