Firmer beef imported prices
Compared to the last market test, US beef import prices were moderately to sharply higher. Trading was moderate. Imported supplies from Australia and New Zealand were light. Concerns about possible changes to tariff rates caused trade uncertainty especially on the out-front market, according to the USDA weekly market report.
