The 10% additional rate applies to all Mercosur beef exports

The question that remained—whether the additional 10% rate would be applied on top of the out-of-quota beef tariff of 26.4%—has been clarified, confirming that out-of-quota shipments will pay 36.4%. Therefore, the bulk of Mercosur exports (those shipped out of quota) will face a 36.4% tariff when entering the U.S. market.
